Facade inspection
We assessed the surface condition, degree of soiling and characteristics of the existing coating.

Facade before cleaning: the light-coloured surface had lost its original even appearance.
Scaffolding provided access to the facade along the building's full height.
Scaffolding was erected along the broad surfaces, balconies, windows and facade corners.
We cleaned in sections, adjusting pressure, distance and spray angle.
Window surrounds, horizontal lines and junctions received separate attention.
Equipment and hoses were positioned on the scaffolding to work systematically across the facade.
Side surfaces and areas beside greenery were cleaned while checking results at every level.
After the work, the facade looks light and more uniform again.
Cleaning 570 m² of facade from scaffolding, applying water-repellent treatment and sealing window-frame junctions with Sikaflex.
Access, surface testing and a careful cleaning method mattered more than pressure: the facade needed cleaning without damaging the existing finish.
Scaffolding was erected for work across the building's full height, allowing systematic treatment and checks of each facade section.
Before the main wash, it is important to assess the coating and test how the surface responds to the chosen cleaning method.
The main cleaning is carried out with a pressure washer, adjusting the pressure, distance and angle of the jet to suit the surface.
After washing, the facade received water-repellent protection and window-frame junctions were sealed with Sikaflex.
From inspection and scaffolding to cleaning 570 m², water-repellent treatment and sealing window junctions.
We assessed the surface condition, degree of soiling and characteristics of the existing coating.
We arranged access to upper floors, cornices, corners, window surrounds and other facade areas.
We tested the cleaning method on a section of the surface and selected suitable settings for the existing finish.
We cleaned the facade over its full height, paying particular attention to horizontal lines, decorative elements and junctions.
We applied water-repellent treatment and sealed window-frame junctions with Sikaflex.

The main challenge was that varnish had been applied over an already dirty facade. The surface could not be treated like a normal facade with dirt only on top.

A facade includes broad surfaces, horizontal lines, cornices, window surrounds and junctions. Dirt may lift differently from these areas, so they are treated individually.

Higher pressure does not always mean better results. The cleaning method depends on the surface material, dirt type and coating condition; a test area is needed before the main work.
