Who processes data
Monte Remont receives customer enquiries. The site presents renovation and finishing work in Montenegro and helps you contact us.

What data we receive
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, messaging service, the town where the property is located, a description of the task, photos of the space and any other information you decide to send.
When pages load, the server also processes technical request information, including the IP address. The content and retention periods of server logs depend on the hosting configuration; the absence of cookies does not mean that this processing does not take place.
The site does not create user accounts or provide payment forms. If you follow links to WhatsApp, Telegram or other external services, their data processing is governed by their own policies.
You decide what information to send. Without a task description and a way to contact you, we may be unable to respond. Do not send identity documents or information unnecessary for discussing the work.
Why data is needed
Data is used to respond to enquiries, clarify the scope, make an initial assessment and further agree renovation work.
Processing information needed to prepare a proposal at your request and fulfil agreements relates to steps before entering into a contract and its performance. Where specific processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it using the contacts provided.
We do not sell personal data or use it for bulk messaging without separate consent.
How long data is retained
Correspondence and project materials are needed to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and carry out agreed work. Personal data should not be kept longer than necessary for these purposes unless a mandatory retention period is set by law.
You can request deletion of your data using the contacts provided. If certain information must be retained to comply with a legal obligation or protect contractual rights, the response to your request should state the basis and applicable retention period.
Who may receive data
Client conversations in WhatsApp and Telegram and project photos are stored on the phones of the Monte Remont manager and the director, who is also a tradesperson. These materials are handled by the manager and the director.
We may also use technical providers for the website, hosting and communication services. These services process data within their own infrastructure and under their own rules.
Using external messaging services may involve processing data outside Montenegro. Processing rules and locations depend on the service chosen; this policy does not replace that service's terms.
Your rights
You may ask us to clarify, correct or delete your data and restrict its further use, provided this does not conflict with mandatory legal grounds for retention.
